Uniting the Body of Christ with a Plan of Action to Influence the Schools with the Gospel!

Step 1: We Train You

Join the FP Webinar Today! Now is the perfect time to make a change and do something new. By getting trained now, you have the opportunity to gather student leaders and start a First Priority Club! The cost is only $40!! Get in before they fill up. What do you get for the $40?

  • The first step in life-change is always how we think about something. We will help you to see how a united Church effort in the school will change school culture. You will see the school as a mission field and the Christian Students as missionaries. (Biblical)
  • We will teach you about student first amendment rights in a school and forming a Christian club under the Equal Access Act signed into law by Ronald Reagan in 1984. (Invaluable)
  • We will give you access to the planning guide, EPIC material for meeting agendas, training videos and all other resources necessary to launch a First Priority club in your school. ($75 Value)
  • You will get access to the FP App and all the resources your students need to lead their club! ($25 Value)
  • We will have a Q&A time to help you overcome your obstacles and understand the first steps to getting a First Priority club started in school! (While often times you often get as good of advice as you pay for, this is priceless since it will help get you started!)
That’s $100+ worth of resources and coaching to help you get started for only $40!! Starting a club is super easy, but takes a moment to get the pieces in place. Don’t miss out on this spring semester, Enroll Today!

Step 2: You Train Students

Part of the FP training is in the four-week club strategy. The strategy is a four week meeting cycle for the students to implement in the FP club. Week one is where students equip their peers to understand (and share) the gospel. Week two is a meeting to prepare their faith stories and to prepare to share the story of Jesus in their school. Week 3 is week to invite lost students to the club to hear the story of Jesus. Week 4 is focused on helping students understand how important it is to be connected to Christ, the Club, and a local Church.

Step 3: Start a Club

Your schools, churches, and community are filled with Christ followers. First Priority at its core is a strategy for Christians from community churches to work together to influence the school with the Good News of Jesus. If there are 1-2 students who want to start a club from a single church, have them grab 7-10 of their Christian friends at school to help them get the First Priority club going. Students influence each other everyday, you might as well help them influence their school for Jesus.

"This is excellent, practical, visionary training that needs to be multiplied in churches across America!"

- Chuck Klein, National Director, Campus Alliance

"First Priority is the very best way to reach students on campus. With the state of the art training process and support that First Priority offers, it makes it simple for even an old veteran like me to understand and teach students how to duplicate it. Give it a try and you will love it too!"

- Mike Ballard, Student Ministry Pastor, Trinity Church

Brad serves as the EVP of Operations for First Priority of America. He spent 10 years in student ministry; first in Oak Harbor WA for 3 years followed by 7 years in Sioux Falls, SD. The first meeting he had in Sioux Falls was with the director of FP in the Sioux Empire. It was at this meeting where he heard about the network of student pastors who were helping students reach students in over 30 area middle and high schools. He had gone from small town Oak Harbor where the entire student ministry went to 1 of 3 schools to a growing 130,000 person city with 15+ schools represented in the student ministry. Brad’s goal is to help local Christian adults take the appropriate steps to create a spiritual movement inside their middle and high schools. He has been in student ministry since 1997, served as a First Priority campus coach starting in 2001, and joined staff with FPOA in 2008. He helped get FP of the Great Plains (SD/IA) off the ground before moving his family to Nashville, TN to be strategic in his work with FP of America.
